It all began at Washington State University in Pierce County!
Grassroots, sociologic movement that started at Washington State University in 1973 and was emulated across the United States and into Canada and South Korea, the Master Gardener Program is WSU Extension’s flagship volunteer program.
Please join us as we celebrate 50 years of the WSU Extension Master Gardener Program around Washington State!
Join us April 8, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 pm at the WSU Puyallup Extension and Research Center for an afternoon of special talks from stakeholders, University Representatives and Master Gardeners from the past and present! Enjoy a tour of our demonstrations garden and light refreshments.
