Rental Notes

  • Tenant is responsible for maintaining yard and landscape. A lawnmower and edger are supplied.
  • This unit does not have air conditioning. Tenant may supply their own window/portable air conditioner, if desired.
  • First month rent and a refundable cleaning deposit equal to one (1) month rent ($500) is due at move-in.
  • Pets are allowed; an additional deposit of $500 per pet must be paid prior to bringing the pet onto the property.
  • Rent is due in full on the first of each month, and may be paid by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) from a U.S. bank in U.S. currency. We cannot prorate rent or offer refunds for any portion of a month unused.
