- Pets are allowed; an additional deposit of $500 per pet must be paid prior to bringing the pet onto the property.
- Rent is due in full on the first of each month, and may be paid by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) from a U.S. bank in U.S. currency. We cannot prorate rent or offer refunds for any portion of a month unused.
