Ross House is a shared housing unit located on the main campus south of Pioneer. It offers six individual bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, and common living, dining, kitchen and laundry facilities.

Shared kitchen & common areas

The main level features a den, dining/work table, kitchen and laundry. Kitchen features refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and sink.

Rental Notes

  • Each resident will have dedicated space in refrigerator and cabinets for food storage.
  • Tenants are responsible for cleaning their rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in the house. WSU will supply cleaning supplies. Yard and landscape are maintained by WSU.
  • This unit does not have air conditioning. Tenants may supply their own window/portable air conditioner, if desired.
  • First month rent and a refundable cleaning deposit equal to one (1) month rent ($300) is due at move-in.
  • Rent is due in full on the first of each month, and may be paid by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) from a U.S. bank in U.S. currency. We cannot prorate rent or offer refunds for any portion of a month unused.
