The North Campus housing unit is a one story flexible housing unit located across Pioneer from the main campus. It offers two private bedrooms, one common bathroom, and living and kitchen area. Laundry facilities are available in Ross House. This unit may be rented as individual rooms or as a single family residence, depending on need and current demand.

Kitchen & living area

Kitchen features a sink, refrigerator, and stove. Tenant(s) have access to the laundry facilities in the Ross House, located on south campus.

Rental Notes

  • Unless rented as single family housing, each resident will have dedicated space in refrigerator and cabinets for food storage.
  • Tenants are responsible for cleaning their rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in the house. WSU will supply cleaning supplies. Yard and landscape are maintained by WSU.
  • This unit does not have air conditioning. Tenant(s) may supply their own window/portable air conditioner, if desired.
  • First month rent and a refundable cleaning deposit equal to one (1) month rent ($300/$500) is due at move-in.
  • Rent is due in full on the first of each month, and may be paid by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) from a U.S. bank in U.S. currency. We cannot prorate rent or offer refunds for any portion of a month unused.
