Heidi Siegelbaum

Biography

Ms. Siegelbaum has an interdisciplinary background in law, social science, physical science, communication and organizational development. She was in-house legal counsel in EPA’s New Chemicals Program and for the managed health care industry. She managed her own consulting firm specializing in sustainable economic development and place-based strategies and was previously the Senior Performance Measure Analyst for the Washington State Department of Ecology.

She provides program development and strategic planning expertise at the Washington Stormwater Center. She manages the Stormwater Center’s participation in the Stormwater Strategic Initiative Lead Team which focuses on stormwater strategies in the Puget Sound Basin, including research, building capacity to solve problems and engage diverse audiences. This body of work is financed by EPA’s National Estuary Program.

Heidi currently serves on the Puget Sound Ecosystem Monitoring Program’s Steering Committee, the Communications Subcommittee; the PNW Chapter of the Society of Environmental Toxicology & Chemistry; and serves on the Board of the Pacific Northwest Social Marketing Association.
