Learn when to plant and how to care for plants over the winter. \nAugust: NO CLASSES \nSeptember: Composting Basics\nLearn two different methods for turning your yard\, garden and food waste into a valuable soil amendment. \nOctober: Putting the Garden to Bed For the Winter\nWinterize your garden so it is ready for spring with rich and healthy soil that is weed and pest free. \nNovember: Perennial Edible Gardens\nGrow a garden that returns year after year. Learn strategies for self-seeding plants and polycultures (variety).
