This map shows the locations of campus meeting rooms, instructional areas and buildings. Please note that only the main entrance (south from West Pioneer) remains open after 6:00 PM (until about 10:00 PM, then it is also closed.) All entrances are closed on the weekends.

  1. Chicona Conference Room. Located in the Administration Building. Seats approximately 16 people around a large table, with an additional 16 chairs against the walls. Used for University and external group meetings. Includes video conferencing capabilities, an overhead LCD projector, pull-down screen and whiteboard. Wireless and wired Internet access is available for employees or students. Guest wireless is also available.
  2. Puyallup Conference Room. Located at the west end of building 1016. Seats 12 to 25 in either a classroom or dual conference table layout. Includes video conferencing capabilities, media screens, and Smart Podium. Used for student classes, as well as HR training sessions and telepresence or local meetings. Features wireless and wired Internet access. Can be used by outside groups, as well as internal meetings.
  3. Greenhouse Meeting Room. Located in the northwest corner of the Greenhouse Building. Used primarily for University meetings. Features a large conference/work table and lab counters, with seating for up to 15 people. Wireless access is available in this room.
  4. Kalkus Conference Rooms. Two meeting room options are available on the first floor of Kalkus Hall in rooms 109A and 103A. Both rooms can seat up to eight people at a conference table. Both rooms have video conferencing capabilities and white boards. K109A also has a pull-down projector screen for meetings (but a projector must be provided). Used primarily for University meetings and training, and some smaller classes. Laptops can also be shown on the large flat-screen TV’s.
  5. D. F. Allmendinger Center. Rental facility available for University, external groups and public functions. Capacity of 250 with seating for up to 150 people. Building can be subdivided into two or three smaller spaces with moveable partitions. Features a commercial kitchen, projector, screen and video conferencing capabilities, and wireless Internet access. Rental options and prices can be found on the Services and Rentals section.
  6. Facilities/Maintenance Office.
  7. WOSSA. Located at the south end of the WSU Puyallup campus. Meeting room available for Washington On-Site Sewer Association classes, and occasional other meetings. Seats 20 to 25 people. Contact WOSSA (253-770-6594; www.wossa.org) for availability and terms.
  8. 4-H Conference Room. Located in building #8 (the State 4-H Office) on the north side of Pioneer Way East. Primarily used for University meetings or Academic Media meetings. Seats 1 to 5 people. The room has video conferencing capabilities.
  9. Compost training area.
  10. Master Gardener Building. Location of Master Gardener nursery area and Victoria Room meeting area, and Spring Sale (usually end of April) by the Allmendinger Center and Kalkus parking lot.
  11. Wetlands Education Area.
  12. Avian Health & Food Safety Laboratory.
