Congratulations to Kaitlyn Canonica and George Dell for being selected to receive the 2015-16 book scholarship.

Kaitlyn is the daughter of Jean Canonica (Accounting). She is majoring is Communications/Advertising and expects to graduate Spring 2016. She plans to pursue an internship in advertising where she could possibly move to Seattle or Los Angeles, however she is also interested in possibly getting a Master’s in Business and staying in Pullman.

George is the son of Anthony Dell (4-H). He is majoring in Electrical Engineering and hopes to graduate in late 2017. Following graduation, he says he would like to pursue a career in electrical systems development, or possibly apply his degree to a career in railroading.

The WSU Puyallup REC Book Scholarship is a $250 award split between semesters made to eligible undergraduate students attending WSU for the upcoming year who have previously worked at the Puyallup Research and Extension Center, or who are a spouse, child or grandchild of a current or former WSU Puyallup employee.
